Happy New Year!! Thank you for a great 2009!
Fresh ingredients + great tools + a passionate chef = great food. No matter what the location.
Anthony Bourdain said it best, “Bad food is made without pride, by cooks who have no pride, and no love. Bad food is made by chefs who are indifferent, or who are trying to be everything to everybody, who are trying to please everyone … Bad food is fake food … food that shows fear and lack of confidence in people`s ability to discern or to make decisions about their lives. Food that`s too safe, too pasteurized, too healthy – it`s bad! ” – Anthony Bourdain from “No Reservations”
Streetza is all about loving pizza. No matter where you are or the time of day. Streetza brings some of the best pizza you’ve ever had right to you. On the street. We hand make each pizza in our commercial kitchen and bake it in our amazing mobile pizza oven right in-front of you.
We start with fresh dough. Somewhere in-between New York style and Chicago style is Streetza-style crust. It’s hand-pulled, which makes it flakey and crispy and delicious. Our pizza sauce is tangy and sweet. We top that with a special blend of additional spices for a taste unmatched in Milwaukee. We top the pizzas with fresh ingredients. Our special slices feature locally-grown vegetables, the finest Wisconsin cheeses, and other seasonal items. And, since we are small, we can experiment with flavor combinations that other pizza restaurants wouldn’t dare to make. And we take suggestions via Twitter and Facebook and even name slices after our customers. We invite you to follow us on Twitter and become a fan of ours on Facebook and find out how you can experience some of the most exciting pizza in the city.
